Mujhko ab bhi yaad hain wo saari ammi ki baatein
Daantna mujhko baat baat par, pyaar ki wo barsaatein

Khailna merey saath saath aur phir padney ko kahna
Meri khushiyon ki khaatir abbu se ladtey rahna

Meri gustaakhi pe unka zor se wo jhallaana
Abbu ke aaney par unko kuchh bhi na batlana

Thaam ke ungli meri mujhko bahar lekar jaana
Seedha rasta kya hota hai ye mujhko samjhana

Pyaar se mujhko paas bithaa kar sar pe tail lagaana
Phir kahna ki beta dekho kaam sabhi ke aana

Dekho beta geebat gussa achchi baat nahin hai
Ye sab kaam galat hain betey aur ye kaam sahi hai

In kaamon ko karke tum achchey insaan banogey
Is rastey par mat chalna warna beimaan banogey

Paisey ka izzat ke aagey koi mol nahi hai
Bhool na jaana ye baatein jo mainey aaj kahi hai

ghar lout ke bhi aa  na paon maa
behjna itna door mujko too
yaad bhi tujko aa na paon maa
kya itna bura hon main maa?

Chotay thay,Maa uplay thapa karti thi,
Ham uplo par shaklien goondha kartay thay,
Aankh laga kar, Kaan bana kar naak saja kar,
Pagdi wala,topi wala,mera upla,tera upla,


Hasta Khelta Suraj roz sawairay aa kar,
Gober ke uplo per khaila karta tha,
Raat ko aangan me jab chulha jalta tha,
Ham saray chulha ghar kay agay baithay rahtay thay,
Kis uple ki bari aai??? kis ka upla raakh hua???
Wo pandit tha, ek dashrukh tha,ek munna tha,
Barso bad shamshan mien baithay soch raha hoon
Aaj ki rat waqt ke jaltay chulhay mien
"Ek dost ka upla aur gaya"


Dayar-e-gair mein kaise Tujhe sada dete
Tu mil bhi jata to Tujhe ganwa dete

Tumhin ne hum ko sunaya na Apna dukh warna
Dua wo karte k hum Asman hila dete

Hamein ye zom raha ab k wo Pukarenge
Unhen ye zid thi k Har bar hum sada dete

Wo tera gham tha k tasir mere lahje ki
K jis ko Hal sunate use rula dete

Tumhen bhulna hi awwal to dastaras mein nahin
Jo ikhtiyar bhi hota to kya Bhula dete

Tumhari yad ne koi Jawab hi na diya
Mere khayal k Ansu rahe sada dete
